Rajarajeswari B - Founder, Coach, HRpreneur
Raj is an avid learner with a passion for making a difference. Having started from very junior roles, she has been a hands-on person and has had the opportunity to handle almost all areas of HR in different organizations in her corporate career of over 27 years. Her last stint was with Tally Solutions as Head – HR Operations.
She has a specialization in General Management from IIMB and Human Resources from XLRI. She has honed her communication and people-relations skills through her qualifications in Counselling, Coaching and Life Skills training. She is a Certified EI Coach and Certified NLP Practitioner.

From 2017, she has been working in the areas of counselling and life skills coaching, in addition to consulting assignments. She enjoys learning and helping others learn. She believes life is all about learning, sharing and caring.
Franklin McCoy, HR Consultant
Franklin is a seasoned HR professional with 15 years of relevant experience. He has handled extensive responsibilities in the areas of HR Operations, Business HR, Audit & Compliance, Payroll, Employee Wellness, Benefits Administration, HRIS Implementation, Policy & Process formulation, and Process Improvement.
He has been instrumental in driving HR projects, HR Helpdesk, Engagement & Rewards, end-to-end HR transitions in an acquisition scenario. He is adept at working with HCM platforms such as Peoplesoft, Darwinbox, Peopleworks, & SNOW.

Franklin has worked with organizations such as Aditya Birla Minacs, Hinduja Global Solutions, Gallagher and GFM Retail. He holds a Master's in Business Administration and is a BSI-certified Internal Auditor for Quality Management Standards.
